A trailer that does not stand up to the test of time is money spent and money wasted. That is not the case with DeSite Xtreme Duty Dump Trailers. Our models are designed to handle anything from brush to boulders.
Our first trailer came out in 2016, but mass production was put on hold as we introduced our SLG series vibratory compact screeners to the market. Now, with a larger factory and greater manufacturing capabilities, we went back to the drawing board and engineered the DeSite Xtreme Duty Dump Trailer 2.0.
Additionally, you can choose the type of hitch you want on the trailer when purchasing. We offer both ball and pintle styles. Once again, our motto of “Designed To Perform and Built To Last” holds true in this design.

Dump Trailer Features
The floor of the dump trailer is designed to handle the bucket of an excavator working inside. The floor of the trailer is constructed two laminated and plug welded 5/16 steel plates for a 5/8 thick steel floor.
You will find our trailer dumping system to be simple and durable. Our frameless design allowed us to put the steel into the floor versus wasting steel on a framework that supports a thin floor.
Our reinforced hitch tube goes all of the way back to the trailer axle and creates the pivot point for the trailer to dump. Again “ Designed To Perform and Built To last “.
TRAILER SUSPENSION
When you have the ability to put thousands of pounds in the trailer the suspension has to be robust. It also cannot allow the trailer to lean from side to side in hilly terrain.
With the hitch tube going all the way back to the axle it allows us the move the suspension all the way up to the front of the box by installing four heavy duty 3” x 12” coils to create a quad coil design. This takes the shock away when loading and towing the trailer.
LOCKING SYSTEM
Xtreme Duty Dump Trailer comes with a barn door tail gate that is laser cut, and cnc formed from 5/16 thick plate.
Equipped with barn door style, swing opens one way.
DUAL WHEEL SYSTEM
The new Xtreme Duty Dump Trailer 2.0 design now is a single axle ( dual wheel ) trailer make it easier for compact equipment to handle and steer the trailer when loaded heavy. Using a single axle allows the trailer to pivot without tearing up the ground, while the dual wheel system more evenly displaces the ground pressure.
HITCH TUBE
Loading at 90 degrees has its benefits. At times room can be an issue when working in tight quarters. The hitch tube on the Xtreme Duty Dump Trailer has been design long enough so that you can position the dump trailer at 90 degrees to the blade of the excavator. This allows the operator to use the blade as a backstop for the bucket when doing final clean up.
